Electrical Car Charging Station

I believe that an electrical car charging station will prove to be beneficial and add value to Transition Bike Shop by showing the consumers they are a Green company and value clean renewable energy.   After talking to a few bicycle enthusiasts I found that their true passion for biking is derived not only from exercise but enjoying the beautiful landscape and nature of the Pacific Northwest.  By adding an electrical car charging station to the bid would not only allow customers to charge their cars but allows the customers to align their values and beliefs of preserving the earth with Transition Bike Shop.  By creating this identification between the customer and bike shop would increase consumer confidence.

By installing a projector screen in the lobby of Transition Bike Shop would add appeal to the storefront.   I believe a projector screen would increase value and revenue by having the capability to play down-hill and cross-country biking videos.  With the new wave of technology and bicycle extremist now priding themselves in their most recent GoPro videos, would now have an outlet to play their videos.  By showing personal bike videos in the local area with previous customers who have purchased a bike from Transition Bike Shop would motivate new customers to want to partake in this lifestyle.

Live Online Interactive Customer Service

Having a form of online interactive customer service that streams live videos where customers can talk and interact with employees about problems or difficulties with their bikes or products they have purchased from transition bikes would encourage customers to shop with Transition Bike Shop.  VECA Electric & Technologies can install cameras in a section of their shop so when customers call via Skype they can explain their problem or difficulty they are trying to troubleshoot and have a Transition Bike Shop representative show them live how to solve their problem or difficulty.  I believe having a quick, convenient, and interactive customer service segment implemented into the bid will add value and appeal.
