Completed Deliverables

Completed deliverables were turned into Ryan Binning the Senior Project Manager via email or by person.  Kristi Lewis Tyran, my Management 414 professor, also received a copy of each deliverable in order to stay current with the project.  Every Monday I sent a memo that outlined the current status and progress of the project. *see appendix Project Update Memorandums

Implementation Plan

Deliverable #1 – Inventory/Price Sheet:

Action Plan

  • I received a blue print of the project. I was instructed to:
    • Study and understand the electrical blue print.
    • I had to identify all fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, and wire-runs.
    • I had to learn how to use Platt.com - an online electrical supply/wholesale company - to identify each electrical component and associated cost.
    • I compiled all data into a spread sheet that broke down the project costs by floors and rooms with subtotals for each segment. *see appendix Summary-Cost per Floor

Deliverable #2 – Marketing Ideas:

Action Plan

  • I researched three different marketing ideas by visiting other bike shops and searching online. I then created a marketing page that describes how the three different ideas would add appeal and value to the bid.

Deliverable #3 – Final PDF of Completed Project:

Action Plan

  • I compiled all deliverables and memorandums into one document with a table of contents using Microsoft Word.
